Depending on how you contact Abby and whether you book, this may include:

• Your name, email address and any other contact details you provide.
• Your wedding date, venue, postcode, timings and travel requirements.
• The size and makeup requirements of your bridal party.
• Messages, preferences and other details you choose to share.
• Booking, payment and transaction records where a booking is made.

Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or other members of your wedding party in an initial enquiry.

Personal information is used to:

• Prepare an appropriate quote and discuss the requested service.
• Arrange and deliver confirmed bookings.

The relevant lawful bases are taking steps before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and Abby's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Personal information is not sold.

Bridal enquiries are currently collected through Google Forms. Information entered there is processed using Google's services and is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Information may also be handled by trusted providers used for website hosting, email, file storage, payments, accounting or professional advice. Only the information reasonably needed for their service is shared. Some providers may process information outside the UK using legally recognised safeguards.

Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Information needed for a confirmed booking is kept while the service is being arranged and delivered.

Necessary booking, contractual and financial records may be retained for up to six years to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements. Information is deleted or anonymised sooner when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires it to be kept.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to certain uses. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
